Living Donation
Living donation is another incredible way you can help save the life of someone waiting for an organ transplant. As a living donor, you are sparing a patient a potentially long, uncertain wait on the national organ transplant waiting list. Relatives, loved ones, friends, and even individuals who wish to remain anonymous may serve as living donors. In fact, over 6,000 transplants were made possible in 2017 by living donors.
